It’s looking more and more likely thatPresident Donald Trumpwill spend the coming weekend at his part-time home in Palm Beach.
The Federal Aviation Administration this morningposted a temporary flight restrictionfor the airspace over Palm Beach County, in effect from 3:30 p.m. Friday through 10:30 p.m. Sunday. Those times are subject to change.
The restriction specifies that among the planes allowed to fly within the zone are “military aircraft directly supporting the United States Secret Service (USSS) and the office of the President of the United States.”
The Palm Beach Post reported last weekthat Trump would again spend the weekend at his Mar-a-Lago Club after the FAA posted an advisory to pilots that the flight restrictions were forthcoming.
The notice Tuesday morning comes a day earlier than previous temporary flight restrictions have been posted by the FAA — possibly in the wake of more than two dozen pilots violating the restrictions during Trump’s three previous visits to Mar-a-Lago as president.
A total of 27 aviators violated the strictly enforced security zones, with several intercepted by military aircraft on Trump’s Presidents Day visit, the FAA told The Palm Beach Post this week.
While in town this weekend, Trump is expected to speak to a gathering of top Republican Party donors, in town for a retreat hosted by the Republican National Committee.
Another advisory posted Monday indicates Trumpplans to make a stop Friday in Orlando, though there were no times included on the advisory and the White House has said nothing about a visit to Central Florida.
Also at Mar-a-Lago this weekend is the Bascom Palmer Eye Institute’s Evening of Vision Gala, whichbegins at 6:30 p.m. Saturday.Tickets for the ballrun from $600 for an individual ticket, to $5,000 for four seats and membership in the Bascom Palmer’s Friend Society, to $50,000 for two tables of 10 people and an invitation to pre-gala events.
Trump has popped into several charity events during the three weekend visits he has made to Mar-a-Lago since his inauguration, includingthe annual Red Cross Ball on Feb. 4andthe Dana-Farber Cancer Institute’s Discovery Gala last weekend.

Just wanted to take a moment to recommend an outstanding real estate agent. About a year ago my wife and I looked into buying a new house. We looked at exit realty's website and the next morning we received a call from Joseph Schneider. He is a true professional with an outstanding personality he will instantly make you feel welcome as if you're working with a longtime friend. My wife had unusual requests for the property and Joseph listened and found the property meeting all our needs. He is patient and knowledgeable I would recommend him to all. We purchased our new home in August and since then Joseph has remained in contact, just checking in from time to time. You can look but I doubt you will find a better agent !"
