Just a few things to think about when putting your home on the market.
1. Declutter! Go get large totes and put all personal stuff away, especially all personal photos. The best thing you can do is replace your family photos with mirrors, this allows the space to look larger.
2. If you have pets do your best to remove any evidence, no one likes the smell of pet odor.
3.Put all valuables away!
4.Maintain your lawn and garden (see next Blog for helpful hints on how to add beauty to your outside for a lot less)
5.CLEAN! If you don't have the time to clean hire a professional cleaner.
6. Make sure you are available. You will not sell your home if you can't show it.

"Among the real estate brokers that 1've worked with, Mrs. Margarita Zhemukhova is the only one that 1 felt comfortable and gave me an ease of mind to work with. She is responsible , conscientious , hard working and reliable agent. I would recommend her to all my families and my friends for real estate"
